Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing details you provide when registering.

WhatsApp connection data: when you connect a WhatsApp Business number, we store the phone number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, display name, and access tokens required to send and receive messages on your behalf. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.

Conversation data: messages exchanged between your customers and the AI on your connected number, including message content, timestamps, and customer phone numbers, processed to generate replies and shown in your dashboard.

Business configuration: products, pricing, FAQs, AI rules, and other content you add to train your AI assistant.

Usage and technical data: log data, IP address, browser type, device information, and interactions with our platform, used for security and service improvement.

Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use collected information to: provide and operate the service; generate AI replies to your customers; display conversations in your dashboard; process payments and manage subscriptions; provide customer support; improve and secure our platform; and comply with legal obligations.

AI replies are generated using third-party large language model providers (including Google's Gemini API). Message content may be sent to these providers to generate responses. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. Conversation data is used to operate your service, not to train third-party public models beyond the providers' standard API processing terms.

We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, AI model providers, payment processors, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations; and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

As a ForiSay account holder, you are responsible for the data of your own customers that flows through your connected WhatsApp number. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding your customers' consent and privacy.

We retain account and conversation data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and secure transmission (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and object to certain processing, by contacting us at the address below, subject to applicable law.

Our service providers may process data outside Pakistan. By using the service you consent to such transfers, carried out with appropriate safeguards.

The service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
